Real estate, Great Hills Area 1N

The one fact that changes what you should do: the Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 210 homes sold across Great Hills Area 1N in the three months ending August 31, 2026. That is up 14.8% from the same months a year before. At the same time, homes for sale fell 9.7% to 241. More buyers closed deals. Fewer homes were waiting. That gap is the story.

The Federal Housing Finance Agency reported U.S. house prices rose 2.4% from August 2025 to August 2026. Great Hills Area 1N moved faster than that national figure on sales volume. Buyers here were more active, not less.
